1 room in a shared house (with 4 total bedrooms). Furnished, and all utilities included. Located at Airport Blvd and Guadalupe.

It's a great house in a great location (next to a metro rail stop!). It was designed by a University of Texas architectural professor, and it has a great design with a nice big kitchen and a spacious living room / dining room area. NO PETS.

Your room is about 10' x 11', with a large walk-in closet (about 5' x 6'). The room is furnished with a bed, a dresser for the walk-in closet, and an office desk/chair. It has high speed internet. Each room shares a bathroom with one other room (but you do have your own sink for your half of the sink/vanity part of the bathroom). There are 4 bedrooms total.

The common areas like the kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared with the other roommates (there are 4 bedrooms total, so usually there are going to be 3 other roommates). There is a great outdoor space with outdoor seating and a fire pit. There is driveway parking available for one car per room.

The other roommate are generally 20 to 30-something working professionals. You may contact us to ask about who is there currently if you would like.
