- Kitchenette: full-sized fridge, new sink, tons of prep/storage, microwave, large hotplates + range hood. No oven, but you can borrow the main-house oven. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, etc.

- Bedroom: queen bed, beautiful cedar closet, two desks, two dressers

- Large bathroom: full shower, big vanity, ample storage

OUTDOOR & OTHER:

- Gated wrap-around yard, communal patio w/ lounger, umbrella table, BBQ

- Free street parking, usually very easy to find

- Washer/dryer on property

- AT&T fiber WiFi, electric, sewage, trash all included in $200 utility fee

NEIGHBORHOOD:

~15 min to Gaslamp, Coronado, North Park, Hillcrest. 5-7 min walk to downtown Chula Vista - library, park, rec center, lap pool, gyms, restaurants, breweries. Lively neighborhood, yet the property is quiet and safe.

LOGISTICS:

- Lease is technically month-to-month but informal 3-6 month expressed intention preferred

- Pets: prefer no pets; very calm animals only possibly okay
