The Loft

Welcome to Elleven South, a LEED Gold-certified building in the heart of DTLA’s South Park.

This expansive 1-bedroom soft loft spans nearly 1,100 sq ft, featuring soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. A Juliette balcony opens to lush bamboo and overlooks the pool and BBQ courtyard below—offering a rare sense of calm in the city.

The open layout includes a private sleeping area with frosted glass panel doors, a new Pottery Barn full-size bed, and a large closet. A sofa bed accommodates additional sleeping. The loft’s open concept is ideal for families or longer stays.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island for dining or work. The spacious bathroom includes a soaking tub and smart toilet. A private in-unit washer/dryer adds convenience.
